Exercise Therapy
If the physiotherapist deems it appropriate to teach you an exercise to be done at home, the role of the exercise will be to reinforce the good effects of the treatment. The aim of the exercise(s) is so that you can manage your pain without heavily relying on hands on therapy in the longterm.
